In addition to 1-1 coaching, I help CEOs run impactful team meetings and sometimes step in as an Interim Executive (GTM or COO) when a client needs hands-on support.
I trained with the late David Peterson (Director of Coaching at Google & 7 Paths Forward) and Marcy Swenson (coach to the founders of Lyft, Twilio, Pivotal, and Reddit). Outside of work, I love spending time with my puppy, skiing as much as possible, and eating lots of cheese.

These days, I’m pretty jazzed about life, but that wasn’t always the case. I understand the emotional journey that startup leaders experience because I've lived the shame, joy, and anxiety myself. I became a coach after burning myself out (pretty badly) and lots of therapy (which was the best investment I've ever made).
